  • Technical issues cannot be resolved

  • The service outcome is irreparably unsatisfactory

  • No meaningful development or post-sales operations have started

  • Payment terms have been respected by both parties

  • There has been no misuse of provided information

  • The refund reason is clear, rational, and well-justified

  • Supporting documentation and evidence are submitted

  • The request is not related to external billing disputes with your bank or payment vendor

  • Currency conversion fees and fluctuations are the responsibility of the customer
